Jennifer has enjoyed nearly 20 years as a writer, editor, and project manager. For 10 years, she worked in-house for a large educational publisher, where she helped create one of the first environmental science textbooks for high school students, as well as countless middle school science products. There she discovered her love for investigating and meeting the individual needs of students and teachers to supplement core content instruction. This attention led Jennifer to create motivational resources such as logic and puzzle books, literature anthologies, and a wide array of CD-ROM and Internet programs. As Executive Editor of Umlaut, LLC, Jennifer continues to work with large and small publishing houses around the world to create products that address specific classroom needs.
